Submission Rules
- Do not submit false, altered, or misleading grocery data.
- Do not impersonate another user, store, vendor, or organization.
- Do not manipulate community records for personal, commercial, or competitive advantage.
- Respect privacy. Do not submit receipts or data that expose another person's personal information without permission.
- Report inaccurate or abusive content from inside the app, or through support if you cannot reach the item.
Privacy and Respect
Do not add receipts, images, reviews, reports, or store details that expose private information belonging to someone else. When in doubt, remove personal details before submitting or contact support.
Reporting
If you see a price, product, store, or review that is wrong or abusive, report it from inside the app — open the item and choose Report. You can also email support@shopmatehq.com if you cannot reach the item in the app.
